Whose work inspired you to get into making comics?

I love the medium. I use to draw comics when I was in 2nd grade on little 8.5x5.5 paper, I just kept with it... on bigger paper of course. But I still have all those original comics from 2nd grade.

What creator would you like to work with?

Randy Taylor, Dustin Weaver, oh wait... I work with them already. Well if I had to pick someone else, it would have to be Frank Miller. He is a comic god!

What is the first comic book you ever read?

Man... that is a tough one, but I believe it was a Brave and the Bold. But the first comic I remember having an impact on me was Amazing Spiderman 233, was one where he fought the Tarantula.

What is your current favorite comic and why?

Right now I would have to say the Star Wars books from Dark Horse, I love reading about the Clone Wars and I think they are doing a great job.

What is your dream comic book job?

Working on Daredevil full time as well as doing a Two Face story I have. A one shot sort of deal.

Pepsi or Coke?

Mountain Dew (so Pepsi I guess)

If you never got into creating comics, what kind of career path would you have taken?

Well currently I’m a graphic designer, but thinking back on it I would have done something with animals. Not really a vet but bigger, so I could work at a zoo.

What is your all time favorite movie?

Star Wars - ALL of them (it’s one big movie) But I’m also partial to Unbreakable... it’s a masterpiece and the smartest movie ever made.

Who is your favorite comic character?

Daredevil, hands down. Great character who has so much potential. Dr. Doom is great also.

Who is your least favorite comic character?

Superman... the well is tapped dry, as evident with DC current plans for him.

If DC comics asked you to write or plot the next 12 months of Superman, what kind of story would you give them?

See this had to come next after the last one. I can’t really think of anything that can be done with him that already hasn’t been. One idea I have is to introduce another person from Krypton. Another Superman but sort of a Supes with an edge. The public begins to adore him more and we see how the current Supes deals with it. I think something similar has been done before however.

Tell us a little about your live outside of comics.

I live in Orlando, FL (no I’m not at the parks all day). I work as a graphic designer for the University of Central Florida. Married to Pam and have 3 dogs, Brandy Amber and Kylee. I work on AG A LOT... pretty much everyday. But when I’m not, I like to enjoy the great Florida weather (except when Randy brings the rain). I’m a huge movie freak, I love going to them. Can’t wait for Episode 3 to come out! Other then that it’s pretty normal, I just want to start being at cons now and have people tell me how great my work is.
